The SIPTU Section Committee has restated its position regarding increases to working hours which are being imposed under the terms of the Haddington Road Agreement. Advertisements
In response to queries, the Section Committee has clarified that staff can take a pay ‘adjustment’ instead of extra hours imposed under Haddington Road.
Following discussions with management and an information meeting with members yesterday, the Section Committee has issued a statement aimed at clarifying the position on working hours for SIPTU members at DCU.
SIPTU has instructed members at DCU not to work extra hours demanded by management without consultation as required by the Haddington Road Agreement. The Section Committee will hold an information session for ALL staff on the terms and implementation of Haddington … Continue reading
